PLACING ORDERS:
You may place an order with Amanda’s Candles using our online shopping cart. For your convenience and security we accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal as payment for online orders.  If you would prefer, you may call us at 706-799-9778 to place an order.
  
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
When placing an order through our online shopping cart, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal will be accepted. We believe this is the safest and most convenient method of payment for internet purchases.When placing an order by phone, cashier’s checks and money orders will be accepted, these options may delay your shipment. No C.O.D. orders will be accepted

DELIVERY TERMS:
For the safety and well-being of your hand poured soy wax products, all shipments will be shipped on a date that will not cause the package(s) to sit in a UPS warehouse over a weekend if possible. Four day shipments will only be shipped Monday, Three day shipments Monday or Tuesday, etc. If you wish to have your candles shipped during a time when it might sit in an UPS warehouse, we will not be held responsible for any damages caused by extreme weather conditions.

RETURNS:
Returns must be authorized within 5 days of receipt. You must call or email us so we can issue you a Return Authorization Number or your returned package will not be accepted. Returns must be sent back to us within 15 days of receipt. Shipping charges will be the responsibility of the consumer, unless the return is caused by an error by Amanda’s Candles.

CUSTOMIZING AND SPECIAL ORDERS:
Because each candle is hand poured, we have the ability to create your candle in any color. We cannot guarantee a perfect match to a color, but we can definitely give a general match. Soy wax cures with a mottled or frosted appearance; this is a normal occurrence.  If you prefer your candle to be poured using no dye (a white or off-white color) please make any specific requests in the comments section of the checkout page. We stock over 200 fragrances, but we have access to many, many more. Call or email for special orders.
